I’ll be honest: sales funnels are tricky. In order to be effective, we first need to get our heads completely around who the ideal customer is and what their pains and frustrations are in life. What their common experiences are and how those relate the the product or service being sold. Once we can compassionately empathize with the prospect, we can work out a funnel that provides them with the best experience, provide them with the most high quality value possible, all the while exchanging that experience and value for a maximum profitability.

Direct to sale is dying, and if there’s no follow-up with the prospect, their visit is as good as worthless in the old model.
