Engaged Officers
Executive Level
Engaged Officers is a monthly service whereby we provide a fractional Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Technology Officer to help define the monthly technical and marketing objectives of your company. Our CMO and CTO will work to create a top-level strategy for your business by extracting the core goals and direction you’re wanting. This consists of one 1-2 hour call per month to establish monthly and quarterly technology and marketing goals, recap last month’s goals, and ensure the company is on track for the quarterly goals. Email support in between calls is also part of this service.
This level of service involves placing our CMO and CTO in a high-level C-suite position.
Consulting Services
Managerial Level
Tech Guys Consulting services picks up where Engaged Officers leaves off. We assign an expert technician or marketer to actively manage and support business initiatives based upon defined top level strategy. Tech Guys Consultants do provide a level of CMO and CTO support, however they are more focused on achieving the specifically defined goals than creating new goals. This consulting process includes one 1-2 hour call per week to actively engage and move a project forward with your team or other implementation service providers. Email support in between calls is also part of this service.
This level of service involves placing a consultant into a more in depth consulting and managerial position.
Implementation Services
Front-Line Level
Let our designers and developers put all of the ideas coming from consulting and C-suite business thinking into action. Our implementation services are an outsourced or supplemental addition to your front-line workers. Services span the technology and marketing spectrum, ranging from marketing design, copywriting, website optimization, and writing software code, to integrating technology platforms and beyond. Our tech team does provide limited, low-level strategy on business level decisions. Tech Guys consulting services can be engaged as higher-level consulting becomes required.
This level of service involves active, front-line implementation during normal business hours. Add-on emergency support services are also available.
